Our buildings are built to last for centuries. They are based on substantial groundworks to the same standard as all UK new housing and subject to the same local authority building controls. Groundworks can however be an unknown quantity. We will advise you on the best sitting to minimise costs and time. Our prices allow for foundations 1m deep which is more than sufficient for most buildings.
